Comprised of 842 Room units and located on 54 acres on popular International Drive, The Fountains offers guests everything you would expect from a world-class resort, including multiple pools and Food and Beverage outlets. As the Resort General Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring each owner and guest receives an unparalleled vacation experience.

POSITION DETAILS:
- Manage the Resort's daily operation, maintain established costs and quality standards.
- Develop, coach, mentor all resort management, and perform appraisals of our departmental leadership and all resort associates.
- Ensure the highest customer service level to current and prospective owners and guests.
- Manage and achieve all areas of budgets by implementing proper controls.
- Maintain resort designations, such as RCI (Resorts Condominium International) and Medallia Guest Satisfaction score benchmarks.
- Maintain a positive brand image and company reputation focusing on Service Excellence.
- Manage and achieve all areas of budgets by implementing proper controls.
YOUR BACKGROUND:
- Bachelors degree strongly preferred
- You have at least 5+ years in a General Manager capacity in a hotel or resort environment. Timeshare operational knowledge strongly preferred.
- You have experience leading and managing a property of 400+ keys or 500+ rooms hotel and year-round occupancy averaging 80% or more.
- Experience with developing financial budgets.
- You have both customer-facing and back-of-house experience.
- You have a track record passing Quality Assurance, Loss Prevention Internal Audits.
- Experience in SOP Adherence, PMS knowledge, and yield management of inventory.
